Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy is a collaborative and supportive process. Sessions are a space to slow down, explore what’s coming up for you, and make sense of your emotions, patterns, and relationships. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, focusing on building self-trust, emotional awareness, and clarity. You don’t need to have everything figured out—curiosity and honesty are more important than having the “right” words.

  • Getting started is simple. You can fill out the contact form or reach out via email. From there, we’ll discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have, and decide together if working together feels like a good fit.

  • I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients located in Maryland. Sessions take place through a private video platform that you can access from your computer, tablet, or phone. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe to talk. Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility while still providing meaningful connection and support.

  • Individual therapy sessions are $150 per session. Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made using a secure online payment system. If you have questions about fees or need additional information before getting started, I’m happy to discuss this during a consultation call.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
