Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy is a collaborative and supportive process. Sessions are a space to slow down, explore what’s coming up for you, and make sense of your emotions, patterns, and relationships. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, focusing on building self-trust, emotional awareness, and clarity. You don’t need to have everything figured out, approach it with curiosity and honesty!

  • Getting started is simple. You can fill out the contact form, schedule a consultation call or reach out via email. From there, we’ll discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have, and decide together if working together feels like a good fit.

  • I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients located in Maryland. Sessions take place through a private video platform that you can access from your computer, tablet, or phone. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe to talk. Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility while still providing meaningful connection and support.

  • Individual therapy sessions are $150 per session. Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made using a secure online payment system. If you have questions about fees or need additional information before getting started, I’m happy to discuss this during a consultation call.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
